NYC Marathon Day!!!

Uncle Gary and "Auntie" Pooper, and approximately 39,998 other people (including the very talented Director of Nightly News, Brett Holey) ran the NYC marathon today and passed right through our hood -- one block from the apartment! That made for one exciting day of festivities!

First, Glam-ma came for a visit and we learned how beautiful she looks in pictures when she doesn't know anyone is taking them. Shirley, Jerry and Ken came too! (not pictured)

As usual, he looks like the happiest runner out there! He was right on pace and shockingly -- pelted us with candy as he ran by.

There were lots of crazies out there today. A few of my personal favorites, were these two ladies (pictured above) with some odd running attire and fake wooden shoes. Remi was rivited.

Then Remi dreamed that Auntie Pooper Damell ran by! But wait!!! It wasn't a dream at all. Here she is!!
Run Pooper! Ruuuuuuuun!! (of course, she would be the only runner with jazz hands)

A super exciting day was had by all!!!!!

We are SO PROUD OF YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who knows, maybe Remi will be running with you in 2030!
